Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of Do Kaudi. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Do Kaudi is an investor-relations and relationship-intelligence platform operated by Travenues ("we", "us"). It helps you manage investor contacts, log and analyse meetings, send investor communications, and track company information.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content and contacts

You retain ownership of the data you bring to the platform — contacts, notes, documents, and communications. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload and process information about other individuals, and for the content of the emails you send through the service. We process your data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Connected accounts

If you connect a Google account, your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms. We access only the data described in our Privacy Policy, and you can disconnect at any time. If you set up sending with a Google App Password, emails you send count against Google's own sending limits, and you are responsible for what you send.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to send spam or unlawful communications, to upload content you have no right to process, to attempt to breach the security of the platform, or to access other users' data without authorisation. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

AI features

Some features use AI to transcribe, summarise, or draft content. AI output can contain errors — review it before relying on it or sending it to others. AI-generated summaries are drawn from your own notes and transcripts, but we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or retire features, and may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in the app or by email.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including losses caused by decisions made on the basis of information or AI output in the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, we delete or anonymise your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
